My Dad is visiting us from England at the moment ...
so I lent him my bike
He's a mature gentleman (80ish - but the exact details are a well kept secret!) but he rode like a man who has spent a fair few hours in the saddle
In my book, this is pretty damn CHIC!

Hot? It's cool at the Viaduct!
This bike caught my eye in the Viaduct the other day ... what a beauty!
I hadn't actually seen one in the wild before ...
...only in the shop (Cyco) in Ponsonby
I also spotted this very stylish urbanite, rocking a hat and sunnies
and her son (?) who was really 'owning' some mirror shades ... what he really needs, of course, to finish the look is a T-shirt with a bicycle on it!

Good find!
I spotted these baskets at Trade Aid in High Street the other day - they look suspiciously like really nice bicycle baskets for your handlebars.
You'll need to add a couple of leather straps but they definitely have potential me thinks!!
