As yet, I seem to be the only bicycle that attends (excusing the Husband of course) given the admiring glances and comments from the stall holders, but it really is the best way to do it - I've only once attempted to carry this type of load home on foot, and my arms nearly dropped off!
However, I did spot this tres chic gentleman passing through - notice that he's cycling with his clothes on (no lycra anywhere!). Nice shoes by the way whoever you are.
...and no helmet, call the police ;^)

ReplyDeleteI followed your "Copenhagenize.com" link and got caught in the helmet-war crossfire as I innocently left a comment. I'm for helmets in certain situations but certainly not for shopping, and I don't think they should be mandatory.
I already knew Mikael from Flickr but he sure is passionate about bike helmets. You share an experience or express a view over there and get chastised from both sides of the debate! Great stuff - I'm going back for more ;^)
